• Go to a web site and collect data on AIDS cases in the assigned state
• Use graphing calculators to make scatter plots and do regression

• Introduction to STELLA
  Epidemic model

Day Five
Computer Laboratory:

• Begin STELLA models
  • Make an exponential growth model (proportional growth) based on the data for 1982-1990
  • Make a logistic growth (carrying capacity) model for 1982-2001 data

• Continue working on STELLA models
