What will I learn?

In the course of this module, you will learn the definitions of aerobic respiration, anaerobic respiration, lactic acid and mitochondria, and their role in physical exercise. The difference and similarities between aerobic and anaerobic respiration will also be learned. You will also compare and contrast photosynthesis and respiration. During the course of this module you will conduct an experiment in which you will gather data, graph the data using a spreadsheet, and use the graph as a model from which you can analyze the effects of exercise on the body.
