My favorite quote:
I am not a fount of knowledge but a facilitator of wisdom.

A personal humorous school story:
I asked a class of 10th graders biology students what 4 famous people were born on February 12. We had jsut started a unit on Evolution. As a hint, I told them that two of the people were born in the same year but on different continents, one was a scientist and the other was a politician.. One eager young man jumped up and ran over to the calendar and announced to the class - Mardi Gras
