2000. Bloch, S. EXCEL FOR SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS. John Wiley and Sons.
This book has very good procedures for not only learning Excel, but also applying the spreadsheet and graphs specifically in science and engineering environments. At the same time, many of the sample worksheets are related to the NCTM and NSES standards, so it is not so "professional" that a high school teacher could not use it. Comes with a CD-ROM from which one can download worksheets and use them for practice or in the classroom.
