    What do I need to know?


    You need to know the equation for calculating pH which is (pH = -log[H+]). You should be able to do simple calculations of pH and [H+] using a calculator. You also need to know how to use the spreadsheet program, EXCEL. You must know how to enter data into a spreadsheet, enter an equation into a spreadsheet and create graphs of the entered data.
