In addition to the production of models from Internet data dealing with water levels in wells, students can also get information about water quality and other information.

Students can test water wells themselves utilizing materials in the "Testing the Waters of the Ogallala Aquifer."  These materials include using Palms with Imagiwork interfaces and software that produce HTML files automatically.  After the files are transferred to the computer, data can be utilized.  These files are EXCELLENT for the instructor and student with limited HTML experience providing an alternative documentation process.
